Drainage Services:
Do you have moisture or flooding beneath your home? We investigate water seepage and drainage problems, and provide a narrative style written report of our findings and recommendations for remediation. We have performed over 650 residential drainage investigations in the San Francisco Bay Area since we began offering this specialized service in 1985. Please note that this investigation and report service is currently limited to properties in the South Bay and portions of the East Bay, on the Penninsula, and in the Santa Cruz vicinity.

In addition, we can prepare construction drawings (plans) and specifications for correction of drainage problems and obtain bids from contractors. We can also provide an engineer’s cost estimate for the work, and inspect construction.

Why are we different? All investigations are performed by a registered Civil Engineer, our reports are completed quickly and efficiently in a professional manner, and we do not do construction, so we have no conflict of interest.
